From Lago Maggiore to Monterosa

Lake to summit: 8 hours and 10 minutes from Switzerland’s lowest point to the highest and a new speed record for our DYNAFIT athlete Andy Steindl.

Pushing the limits with a new speed record: a project “by fair means” – without any external support the Swiss DYNAFIT athlete Andy Steindl made it from Lago Maggiore (193m) to Dufourspitze (4634m) in just 8 hours 10 minutes and 41 seconds and beat the existing record by 4 hours and 46 minutes.

With a start at 23:13 at night Andy cycled, run and climbed the technically demanding and long route of 98 kilometers and 4795 elevation meters all the way to a new record. Look behind the scenes and follow Andy on his adventure!
